Hello everyone, I've been registered for a little while and have just paid me ten nuggets to join proper like, my name is Mark, I live not far from J33 of M62, ferrybridge. I got my 2000 Lwb terrano for nothing, it has a high sentimental value to me however, best colour, green, so far it's got BF Goodrich A/T's on which are bigger than standard, the exhaust is shorter (rust) and I moved towing electrics a little higher. Please take a look at my photo album.
Hope this introduction does the trick, I am keen to get involved and contribute however I can 'n if u wanna go laning drop me a line, or summat :D
Cheers, Mark.

Welcome matey, I think we'd all say that our trucks are sentimental to us :thumb2 I still weep at night after my first Maverick that was written off :(

But I love Terrance :thumb2 Have a look at my progress thread in my link :thumb2

Plenty of stuff to wet your appetite on her mate if you're after ideas to get yours off road ready, have a look at some of Elty's threads for LWB goodness

I've already got one fitted :thumbs and they are unreal!!!!! I'd take my Terry anywhere now and be fairly confident I wouldn't get stuck :thumb2

Here's the manual hub conversion that I did for it;

And here's a diff that I stole from a 99" LWB that I'd pulled in for free from Wales that had a LOKKA fitted :sly :cool:

Made some good money off it as well, was going to put it back on the road but the amount of welding it needed was ridiculous!!!! :eek:

Yeh mine needs at least one sill doing, I've fibreglassed a front wing too, doesn't look too bad either. I was really surprised at how much mine was rusting when I got and its easy to see why some get to the point of no return if owner isn't aware and doesn't sort it, I've found out so much looking on here, going to check the rear for rust in boot etc and gonna sort my digi dash out aswell, if it works spending a tenner on here will save me £100 to £200 squids, can't argue with that!! :D

How loud is the lokka when hubs are engaged?
Cheers, Mark :thumb2
