sounds like a plan!

only problem with a rally is having people with knwledge of lanes as groups have to be kept small 4 trucks 5 max and it takes a lot of arranging, i've arranged a few on another forum and they can get very hectic very quickly if not organized properly

Good point, but will everyone want to go on the lanes? or will a lot just be happy to come along for a camping and social weekend? :nenau

Put a pole up see who would want to meet up for a weekend also need to know if would want laning and if stopping in tent or van

Just it's a lot of work fOr someone without rough idea

If they don't fancy possible damage to their trucks they could easily go as passengers with people who don't mind.

I am with Pete, Beer and lanes. :clap

As r1cho as already said could always do different groups
One for the experianced loaners and one for the keep it easy shiny trucks that just want to see the sights

Then the others can keep then selfs occupied or met at a center point

this sounds better by the minute! and roughly what time of year? I think the autumn would be best as everyone had done their summer holidays, the hedges and brambles have died off a bit, and hopefully the weather will have dried up a bit :thumb2

Well I am booked up till sept so anytime then or after suits me but link u say
Autum has its advantages just weather for folks camping

the way the weather is right now I think we will get better weather in autumn :D

But as said before it helps if the group leader when laning has done the routes before, makes life simpler.

how about just a social event where we meet up over a weekend perhaps , fill our bellies with assorted goodies , chin wag , admire each others trucks ( or laff at them ) then partake in falling down liquid on an evening ?

put last two together :thumb2

social

soft laning for softies like me

hard laning for others
