switch for overhead sunroof lights, switch is illuminated blue and mounted in center console

Interior is all finished and rebuild, exept the rear quater panels in the boot, still wiring, now I can start building my bed and floor storage:D also there's no carpet as I'm doing somthing different

I'm wanting to do a rubber floor like you find in horse boxes so it can be remover and hosed out easily :D
 
we have loads of that ribbed rubber flooring stuff and it's a b**ger to keep clean, you can only sweep it in the direction of the ribs and it o catch all the rubbish in the grooves, go for something smooth like a decent cushion floor or lino :thumb2
 
Well, my mate and I borrowed:sly some wood and mdf last night from a caravan park that was due to be burned so the storage/floor will only cost in hinges/screws....pennies:D

and diesel if you fill the back end off the truck with mdf weighs quite a bit ps if your fixing to the edges pre drill mdf first:thumb2

I always use them reiser/spax or B&Q turbo gold with the cutter tip, don't need to pilot then even in end grain mdf.

Always screw 75mm from the end when screwing in to mdf end grain as if it does start splitting it won't go all the way to end

Darryl knows all this shit anyway, its just for Ryan's benefit incase he don't :)

also make sure tobys watertight when off roading u don't wanna get water round mdf mate:thumb2
