more help needed plz

Guyz im still getting a smell after changing all oils, iv redirected the gearbox breather to over the back axle to try and diminsh the smell completely. STILL GETTING IT!
Iv replaced the injector run off pipes and the one going to the fuel pump,
The only other thing i can think of is to use semi synthetic gearoil in the gearbox as this doesnt smell anywhere near as bad as standard gear oil. Has anyone else done this????
Lastly could it be a manifold gasket leaking or would that be a different smell alltogether?.. :?

have you checked the gasket on the gearbox inside the cab???maybe some gasket glue to hold it down??

didnt know there was a gasket? where is said item?

you have to take trim off around handbrake, remove gearstick gator holder, undo the four bolts holding the gearstick, take gearstick off and there should be a gasket under there (plz feel free to correct if im wrong guys) thats how mine is anywayz!!

Guys iv found the problem, on closer inspection the boot under the gear lever has 2 splits in it im guessing when window is open the fumes are being drawn thru the split in the booty... new one needed now

Just to put this subject to rest, i fitted a new lever boot today...NO MORE SMELL
