hi guys
don,t you think it is about time some of these so call 4x4 sites and shops sorted out more mods for nissan....especially terrano. if you look at toyota and landrover, their are some many mod,s your spoiled for choice. yes...there are good choice for patrol and navara, etc but it is like they saying it is not a vehicle worth suppling for. I think there are plenty of members here and country wide who would agree that it is worth making mods for.

we shouldn,t have to resort to building our own snorkels and having custom made mods because nobody supplies the items. there is certainly a market for it and if i had the money and know how i would do it myself.

anyone got any views on it...

if you lift it springs 2" then body 1.5-2" then put 31" tyres on your tow bar will be 5-6" higher and your caravan will drag its arse up the road the handling wont be as nice for towing

then you will need a adjustable and removable tow bar and move the electrics to the rear step

i offered you the a bar on mates rates have been since i joined

the snorkel is available from the u.k safari type (not proper but close)

hi

I have found a site in oz that do snorkels, but the terrano and maverick over there are different shpes and models. look more like a chrysaler jeep than the uk model. they claim they can supply snorkels for old and newer terrano,s but it costs between £250-350 delivered.not alot of difference compared to landrover and toyota one,s. dear ..yes but if you want a nice looking one and you have the money it has got to be worth it.

well i think so anyway. I can,t do anything else with mine yet until back working. the wife wants her,s doing as well...so double trouble.....

I will want ...when money is here....1 bullbar/a bar.....two sets of spotswith wiring and switches.....lift for both.....two snorkels.....then bigger wheels and tyres......cb for both.

You can get snorkels for T2's over in europe but it'll set you back about £400:eek::eek:well thats the last time i priced them up:augie

well im making another snorkel for the daughters terrano, this one will be on the outside, but hers is more the rough and tumble type of truck and she aint interested in looks. obviously ill do something nice

wheels you just need some shogun pajero 15" wheels with big offset dont waste your money chasing second hand mud tyres, Just buy new .have your existing set for road and some big shogun ones for off road with nice tyres on they will last ages then and wont mess your mpg up on road

a bar is available on ebay there is one for 56.00 i think.

spots you can get on ebay really cheep i got my 10" for 4 pounds swithes in halfords
