On a roll today:rolleyes:
I turned up the turbo boost a few months back and turned up the Tunit box too, hoping that would put more fuel in to match the boost:augie
Running 1bar was just a tad too much :doh Turned it back to .9 bar today and went for a quick thrash :sly
mmmmmmmmmuch better
So is there any other way to get more fuel through the pump?

get more prsure in fuel from tank, like electric fuel pump.

:thumbs

Thats what I have in mind for mine with a separate on off switch which will replace the hand primer & act as an immobiliser as obviously with no pump running, no fuel, no start :D

Hmmm, I would have thought it would be the injection pump that's the problem:nenau As it controls the amount injected, and I think I've found it's max:augie
maybe better off increasing the strength of the pressure relief valve on the pump, anybody know ?

the piece i read was for yankee powerstroke diesels, they fit pump to increase presure/flow into pump and that ups the presure/flow out (can this be true on calibrated pump?) also on navara forum some have done same to zd3.0

Sounding more interesting already :D
Any links to the other forum discussion?
