Membership Question

Hi everyone, just about to pay my tenner but have a quick question, there is a lot of things on the forum that say they are private, I understand this will become unprivate when I pay my tenner but there is also categories that say never, mainly the technical categories. Will I be able to view these when I pay my tenner or not? Just a bit confused why some say private and some say never. Thanks

Hi, youll see 99% of things some area are from MODs only i think.
