Ah well you see thats where your old bumper comes in.:sly
I'll do a new pic of it for you. What you do is cut the top bit of the plastic bumper off, it's even got bit of a moulding line for the cut.
This fills the gap perfectly and lines up with the bumper and meets the wheel arch:cool:
Bloody luvly it is:D

If you want bumpers making this man can help ya.

Andy has been making bumpers and protection equipment for LR for years. He is now branching out doing Jap stuff..

He has offered to make me a winch bumper.. Dont use mine offroad much so dont see the point in me having one.. Got the Disco for offroading.

If you have plans for or want him to make you one he is more than willing to help.

Based in Redditch and will need a vehicle to make a prototype. I can let him have mine. You will have to tell him what you want.

Below are some links to his work.

not seen this thread before, yeah bit shocking considering its age.

nice bit of kit, would have liked one for t2 if kept it.

note you mentioned not having indicator cut outs, occurred when
looking at earlier pix atleast on a mav you could mount a round
indicator under fog light to side of headlight.

oh and that cortina looks interesting...another project??

Oh yes my cortina is being rebuilt by the little people now :sly Hope to have it on the road again in the summer. It's got the 2.9 cossie V6 going in and a bit of axle trickery :naughty
Tax exempt too so I can stick my finger right up the poxy road tax :lol
