locked out no spare key??????

Hi all

I just managed to lock myself out of the car with the only key in the ignition car not running but dash lights on.

Nissan Mistral automatic (in P)

Any idea's

For fellow "nissan owner" security Its not a good idea to tell the world how to break into a car so PM me please

I recall that thread but I only ever had a standard key, I think I needed a remote key to do that.

I'll double check..

does the mistral have stand up knobs to allow door to open? or they switch type built into handle? from inside

its the switch type built into handle from inside.

Its not deadlocked I dont think, My only plan so far is to hope the electric windows work as the key is in the ignition, only trouble is the window switch is in the center console.

did it with a Plastic door wedge, fish slice and some strong wire.
