LOL no I'd love to but mines everyday transport, and if the bonkas boys are there, well, DON'T follow them whatever you do LOL

well I'm being serious now.....makeitfit and Adz aren't that crazydoh) as they still have to drive home afterwards.....lets be polite and call them "enthusiastic" shall we....but if this is your only transport and money is tight, like it is for a lot of us, take is easy first time and walk some of the difficult looking sections, or ride shotgun with makeitfit especially, as he knows what he's doing (you wouldn't think so to look at his history LMAO but he won't let a newbie get in trouble).

Him and Adz will also show you some cheap and easy ways to beef things up I'm sure.

he is right, the bonkas lads i have been out with, several times . sometimes the are quite well behaved and take things seriously. other times when the sensible ones are not there , its like a free for all. and some get all carried away .

personally i dont bother. i dont do the whole club thing . with all the you fit in or dont . or the we do things our way here . or the whole egging one another on or just getting a bit over excited .
i see some of them sometimes and some are nice blokes .

locally they are the biggest club, and some say the best, but sadly there reputation precedes them . and spoils it for the sensible members who are well behaved. and really quite nice

the other thing i found is being mostly landrover and suzuki they like to mock jap trucks and will likely encourage you to do things your truck might not be prepared for. on a pay and play site

if it was just a jolly up strata id be saying have a nice time and wouldnt see any problems . but as its pay and play. a few bonkas would find it funny to drag an unprepared nissan round a pay and play site .


i think what id do is jump in with makeitfit or adz

Cheers Extreme-4x4 advice appreciated and taken well onboard! mite just hop in my mates vitara.. I don't think my vehicle is at all prepared, just wanted to experience it and maybe it might not be for me. I enjoy the MAV and want to keep it for as long as it will.. Cheers bud!

going prepared is fun. jump in with makeitfit im sure he will let you have a go or 10 . hes a smashing bloke . go out have a nice day in a prepared truck .
rather than a really crap day un prepared it will put you off before you start.

we can help you get yours prepared for some good fun . if you decide you like it .

Thats why I won't do pay and play untill I have some of my mods done. As I will be forever fixing my vehicle and the mods will never get done.

Strata is one of the best greenlanes in wales, Youtube strata florida. Some great vids on there.
