legal question

as you may know , me and r1cho have set up a site for workshop downloads .

it has been brought to my attention that there may be a copyright issue .

as far as im aware we are providing links to manuals , not posting the actual manuals themselves.

can anyone tell us if we are doing wrong ? / breaking copyright etc ?

all we are trying to do is help members , but if we are potentially breaking the law then we will delete the site as we dont want anyone to get in trouble .

looks to me like you are hosting them not providing a link - therefore I suspect you are breaking copyright laws - that said I doubt Nissan will really, after all ebay is full of people selling pirate copies of the same manuals and they don't seem to bother with those.care.

wouldn't worry about it m8, am going to put a disclaimer on the site anyway, people sell these things on ebay at least we're not proffiting from it

its a very comprehensive list of workshop manuals /engine variants .......just about every model /engine is catered for :thumb2
