I noticed today that i had a few drips of water coming from the sunroof controll box.Looking at the sunroof from the outside it seems the sunroof is lower at the front than the rear causing a smal lpuddle of water at the front corners of the sun roof,is there a way of adjusting the alignment of the sunroof?

There's drain tubes in the corners that get blocked. I spent ages cleaning mine out with thick strimmer cord, just kept poking it down and pouring water until water drained away. Carefull how you go though as you can push the tube off it's joints or make a hole in it. That's why I used strimmer cord.

Also as Zippy says you can get water seaping between the glass and the rubber, must be common as mine did the same. I used some black automotive sealer, poked the nozzle between the rubber and the glas and went all the way around the glass.

To test pour some water in the gutter with the roof open and see if it goes down the holes and out behind the front guard.
If its comes out around the control box your hose could be off so go to the workshop link and there is a download on how to fix it.

If you have a compressor try blowing down the drain holes 1 in each front corner if you thinks it blocked, might dislodge the rubbish causing the blockage.

Hi,
My sun roof leak stopped, when I cleaned out some mud that was in the bottom of both front wings. If you open the door and look through the gap you can see the bottom of the outer and inner wing, which in mine had about 3 inches of mud. There are drain holes in the wing that had become blocked. I used a garden hose to flush.

thanks for your replies, tubes were blocked and aload of crap in the inner wings

Must try this tomorrow, bloody water coming out of sunroof switch this morning!!! - Paul

i found it easier to drop the lining and use the cable for net curtains, also make sure you clean out the inner wind when you open the door, had to do the other side and the crap in their had turned to like stone.
