Sometimes you want to read human's thoughts. Has anyone heard where it is possible to learn it? I am sorry if this question is not related to the topic.
Well I am going to throw my two penorth in here, my experience is with animals, and I will quote 2 examples although there are more, first is a crow that I rescued from France, this bird was frightened of people as it had been mistreated and was being chased by lads in a car park where my lorry was, it jumped onto my cat walk, could not fly, I them took charge and told the lads to hop it, and surprise surprise it willingly allowed me to pick it up, anyway long story but got it home, quickly built a 12 ft cage for it, bear in mind I came home Saturday and back on a boat Sunday pm, anyway this bird knew when I was in the UK, I used to phone Maggs every night when away, (no mobiles then), and my job was always uncertain, I might be away a week or it could be 3 or more, so I used to try and surprise Maggs by saying I cannot get home this weekend telling her I was still in France when in fact I was in London on my way home, this all stopped with the arrival of "Flapper" the moment I set foot on British soil that bird went mad, I could not kid Maggs any more on that one, next is Lucy an elderly horse kept in a field next to our house, her owner Pat looked after her very well but visits although every day were dependent on what shift Pat was on as to the time of visit, needles to say Lucy waited for these visits with anticipation, but would neigh excitedly ten minutes before Pats arrival, about the time it took Pat to drive here, so my view is not only are animals extremely good a reading body language but can read minds as well, I can see no other explanation for the above, so if animals can do it so can we given the right tuition, our problem I believe is stress and anxiety interfering with this ability, that is my bit anyway, Rick
