Forgot to say, with ignition switch in the on position, Rick

Okay, turned on ign. disconnected both battery terminals, touched both together for a count of 30 seconds +/-
Reconnected, turned ign off, continued as normal, and car still locks itself.

Unlocks when starting the car, but arbitarily relocks itself en route....have to press fob to unlock to get out.....

Does the press unlock twice still work as normal to unlock the other doors? Rick

Self locking can be caused by a weak or dirty door catch solenoid. Possibly discoverable by giving each lock a bit of a thump to see if it then triggers the locking.
