My vehicle is a Terrano II TDI SE Touring 1998. I know my hearing isn't as good as it used to be, but the indicator clicking noise is quite pathetic (and always has been on the quiet side).

This is the case for both Right and Left indicators, as well as the Hazzards.

Any suggestions as to what I can do to improve this (re: the car, *not* me )?

Thanks

Only thing I can think of, is to get a couple of small 12v buzzer, and connect them across the the dash warning lights. The other thing you might be able to do it find the cars actual sounder, and move it from behind the dash to a more prominent location. On mine, it is located on a metal strut, near the top, but behind the lower the dash apron, just to the right of the steering column.

I fitted an aftermarket audible buzzer unit for a motorcycle under the dashboard it was so loud I had to wrap it in foam as it drove the wife mad.

It was similar to this one.

Thanks for the various suggestions - we'll have a look at this when we get some settled weather. :)
