well, i nosiest that the RHR shock has ripped itself in half and leaked fluid everywhere, and the LHR one ain't much better!, whats the best shocks to go for on a lowish budget, i don't want to spend to much but there again, i want uprated ones,

throw me some brands/ideas please:D

Get the uprated Llama 4x4 ones about 45 quid and +2" just the job :thumbs
About the same price as a stock one :sly

Aye, rough country are the ones, unless u want fox air reservoir ;)

I think the Hydro is better for more off road use than road. It's got oil filled damping instead of Gas :thumbs

They are all gas mate, it's just the nitro have nitrogen to raise the point they start to heat up and foam up

Ah, ok ta :thumbs
Hydro is still the off road bias one though :D

Why do you say that ?

Nitrogen charged reservoir shocks from fox, bilsten or king etc are the holy grail and the choice of rock crawler buggies etc the world over

Advice I got from Dave at Llama. The nitro ones are better for your kind of rally cross offroading as are the Fox jobbies and deal with huge changes at speed etc.
Pay n play and green lane stuff then you want plenty of damped movement each way of travel as I understood him :thumbs

Well, my hopes are ill have about £80 for shocks :naughty I want some that ain't gonna brake when offroading.

There are some budget kybs on eBay for like £26 each prolly be fine
