Gonna see if the wants to stay the night again as when we went off to the carboot sale, we dropped her bike off at her house and she spoke to her parents saying where she was going, then my mum and her mum chatted for what seemed like a lifetime whilst dad me and her waited in the car, then we went and picked her boyfriend up 'i know his name, just can't spell it' shes got no means of getting home, as when we left the car boot sale, we dropped her boyfriend off at his place and she came back here and she helped me fix up the driving lamps.

Done, genuinely she was sitting curled up on the sofa, I got up from the pc, sat on the sofa next to her and said, would you care for a free hug?..she accepted was awesome, never properly hugged someone before as sad it seems, was actually really nice

I want to find a pic of how it was done

Right, off to bed now as we are both very tired from last night 'thats not actually supposed to sound rude but I fear it did' :doh dug out a duvet for her as i'm nice and care about my guests. Phoned mum to say she's staing the night again. They are still out. Don't know what mum and dad are doing, dint care lol, going to log of the pc and go upstairs to bed

I should also add, another reason I never mention this on Facebook is I do not want rumors to spread around, I say on here as your not local to me so I don't have the worry, as it only takes 1 person to say somthing to another on Facebook and it could all kick off

Yes, nothing wrong with that, it shows you care, a quick very quick peck on the cheek and separate soon after also shows you care and you really enjoy her company.

Don't hold the hug too long, don't explore with your hands, of try to make any lip contact with the kiss. It is only a peck on the cheek, no more than you would give your Granny.

After a few hugs and similar greetings, she might turn her cheek away, expecting the kiss to her lips. :clap

On the subject of Hugging, it is also a family bonding situation.
My son lives abroad, when he returns or leaves, he always has a hug, both arms around shoulders.
I do this with his girlfriend, also my daughter and her partner. He has lost both his parents, so feels comfort that he has been accepted into our family.

I wish my Father did this, too late now.

So don't underestimate the the Hug, in your situation she might see it as a family bonding situation, so don't rush it.


I sort of get he impression that hugs aren't common place in your household.:nenau
