i think on this thread, its a case of sensible policing,

for example, if you was stopped by the coppers for just a regular stop or minor offence . if any of our mods were picked up then they normally wouldnt be an isssue . unless you get the little shit "laptop" the one who keeps pursuing pete. even rang his insurnce company roadside to check his mods were declared.

however with proper policing, if there is a serious accident and it could be seen that any of your mods might have contributed to the accident. then even the most lenient copper is going to throw the book at you. and rightly so

but assuming with any mods, as long as no accidents are caused cos if them , well do hid's bother me . well yes they are a minor pain in the butt
they hurt your eyes , mostky on motorways and alike
but weighed up against happy slapping , joy riders tearing about residential roads and estates. and all the other stuff the youth of today get up to . and only get asked to stop doing it. when id prefer public flogging.

HID's are not that much of a pain really are they
