New this these parts and looking forward to talking Terrano.
I'm not going to ask you to treat me gently as I can give as good as I get... :sly

Recently picked up my Terrano after a bit of time looking and am very happy with it so far. The first major downer is that I'm finding it difficult to find accesories and had to make do with a Thule roofrack, not ideal but a good start.

I am currently fitting an awning and under awning tent and ultimately looking for a roof tent for weekends away and general adventuring. I'm talking trips away with one of my many bikes. For yes, i'm a bloody cyclist too.

Anyway I'm came here looking for a solution to the feeble current of air that is supposed to blow up the windscreen from the front vents.

¡Hasta pronto!

Welcome:thumb2 As it sounds as if your keeping your truck for some time it'll pay to become a fully paid up member then you can get to the down load section for repairs, get the club discounts etc & you'll find everyone is very friendly & members go out of their way to help each other out:thumbs

Hey whats up dude, sure ive heard of you before? :naughty

Nice to meet ya :thumbs

Edit!! Oh god, and your a cyclist too... I've still got bits of bicycle under my front bumper :augie

On a more serious note this remind me of when I first got my terrano, the dial for the vents looks a bit weird and infact I had it upside down (if they makes sense) so vents are fully up clockwise but I had it pointing inbetween feet and another setting :doh

the air flow issue is probably your pollen filter ...... replace it :thumb2

Welcome aboard fella, as Briggie says the pollen filter is first place Id be looking at.

Yeah loads of advice, banter and some cracking downloads.

Thanks for the warm welcome and yes AlexD333, I'm a cyclist and proud. My lycra collection is something to behold.
Thanks for the pollen filter tips, I'll be taking a look as soon as I can.
I'll also be looking at coughing up the 10 quid shortly and joining on a full time basis.
Saludos.

Damn Lycra jokes, still there is always next time :thumbs

Yeah the tenner is well worth it, the info I have gathered since January is amazing and saved hundreds in repair bills :bow

Good lad you know it makes sense :thumb2

How's the jobs coming along?

rain stopped play. :(

The fitting bracket for the awning is going to need work in order to get a good fit, but we'll get there.

I am, however, a bit worried about Block10's request for photos.... The request if for pics of the car and not me in lycra, right?

Hey, I was referring to photos of your motor but if you want to add photos of you clad in lycra then go ahead. I assume you're a road rider opposed to a mtber, or do you swing both ways...
I sold my road bike, always arguing with car drivers and kept breaking my bike throwing it at them!
Oh and lycra is not for me :|
Getting completely covered in mud on a mtb is my idea of fun.

Paid up eh? :thumb2

Has anyone shown him the "stone cutters initiation"

Get the waffle boards out (you might want your Lyra for this) :naughty
