:nenauHi guys enyone kno why my heater is only blowing luke warm air and temp gauge never moves above quarter ive changed water and used red coolant & changed thermostate eny ideas plz

Are you sure the heater temperature control lever/nob is working ok .I know some have had problems with them .

could be an air lock in system.
from cold start the engine with rad cap off, look in the rad for bubbles coming up as the air gets pushed out,top up slowly as level will drop as air is pushed out the system.
check the footwells for wet patches from a leaky heater matrix.
check the cables on the heater control settings.

cant think of much more than that other than a new thermostat which you have done.

could be you've put a 82 degree thermostat in, if you fit a 88 degree thermostat the temp will be about half way up the scale nice and warm for the winter.....oops spring is on its way. :)

Good places to start :thumb2

Do you have Air Con? if so you'll have a Pollen Filter so it's likely to be blocked. Instruction guide for changing this is in the downloads section of the site.
