front o/s caliper binding after fitting new pads, tried freeing it off working the pistons back with tool, then pumping them back.
freed it up but after a couple of days it was binding again, so i bit the bullet and bought a replacement but even though i`m now 75 quid lighter,:doh i notice after 12 mile journey to work the hubs are quite hot to touch is this normal, when the caliper was binding you couldn`t touch the front hub for excessive heat. both hubs feel quite hot but nowhere near as hot as the one which had the dodgy caliper.
i`m not familier with this, as i`ve only owned my t2 for 2 months would it make a difference if i stripped down and greased front bearings if anyone can help i would appreciate it thanks:nenau
