Dont say you can get it cheaper then provide the proof. There may be similar cheaper priced and cheaper quality. But thats the same with anything in life.

That would be " brilliant" also you could have a light sensor on your windscreen, then if some body was on full beam, the lights would automatically lock on to their car and... But might be slightly illegal though. :augie
Problem with any of this though, for greatest accuracy, you would need feed back from potentiometers or similar, giving the current position of the light in the two dimensions. Unless stepper motors were used, like in your printer.
If you don't, your lights would soon become cross eyed...:doh
