Few questions about my upcoming lift hopefully

My t2 is lwb so has 10 blocks but what happens to the rubber blocks that are already in there ??
On my truck the bolts bang in the middle I the sill look like they bolt into the chassis where as all the other ones have nuts that can be undone is this correct ??

When they have all been loosened how do I get the bolts out ??

Has anyone got any pics they can send me of how the blocks look in there and of the steering link i have to loosen and how it looks once the lift has been done

Thanks Barrylock those are the spacers I'm going to be using but I think that is a Mitsubishi ??

My main concerns like I say are the centre bolt of the 5 and thee steering joint ??

Oh and how to put the bolts in sorry for repeating myself guys just cant fathom it out ??

kamsin only done his couple of months ago so is uptodate and also includes the bit on how to make it easy
