ecutalk is the software and got it all up and running, looks like my lambda sensor is the culprit when hot and idling it goes from almost zero to about 8 every half second 9 is full scale, open the throttle and after a brief delay same thing, tried it on the wifes car and same, but on the off roader it hovers around the 4 mark fluctuating as you open and close the throttle, thing is I purchased two cheap sensors from the net a while ago and fitted them to both road going cars, my wifes car just had its MOT and failed on emission's and it was suggested the lambda sensor could be at fault, do not know what they did, but it passed second attempt, also today I disconnected my sensor and it has lost the hesitation and has more power, will not know till after the weekend if fuel consumption has improved, but certainly seems to say the lambdas are at fault, perhaps Ray will comment on this, Rick
