for sealant gun
Anyone got any ideas or done it before? :nenau

Bit more info needed, what are you trying to do? and with what?

I have put thin aquarium air line on the end before now.

I am wanting to put some sealer under the brake servo area. To be exact, where the inner wing joins the bulkhead, It is just pouring in. Had the inner wing repaired for the MOT but no sealer on.

So thin air line or screen washer pipe could do it then.:thumb2

off topic, but be careful what you use, some silicon sealers are very acidic and can make corrosion problems much worse! look for 'neutral cure' on the label!:thumb2

Thanks. Don't wanna make more problems

to be fair, i think many manufacturers have got it right now and use less acid, another tips is look if it says safe for sealing aluminum on the label, ans the acidic stuff corrodes that in no time!

Well I fitted some 5mm airline over the nozzle nice and tight, about 2ft. It started well but when it got to about 3" of coming out it stopped. I gave the trigger a good squeeze but it started to bend.
This is doing my nut in :doh

Have you thought of using gun foam, excellent for sealing holes as it expands after, and goes down a long thin tube easy, Rick

Sounds like an out of date tube , what are you using by the way?
I assume you mean the water is pissing in through the bulkhead
Not a good place to be rotten that, surprised it passed
I had a little hole round the servo on the bulkhead seam. When I investigated , it was proper poorly. Multi layered steel panels there and all the inner ones had already left the building :doh

Ohh that looks serious Pete, Rick

Expandable foam?? I wonder if it would be ok on cars.. Over Bumps and stuff.

I'm using this and yes it is out of date. Only bought it today:

My bulkhead looks good. This is from the inner wing repair under the brake servo.
