ok im still struggling to get this eml(mil) light off.
I did the paper clip trick to find the fault codes 34.
and I cannot get the light to go off.
ive messed about with a few things and need the light off to rule out the things ive done.
if it comes on again its the no1 injector.
I tried removing codes with a paper clip. no good.
I have tried disconnecting the battery overnight to reboot the ecu no good.
ive tried the switching the ignition on and off a few times to reset electrics no good.
I have had it on a computer and now no faults are showing but the light is still on.
I am baffled.
so I went back to the downloads section of removing codes.
to get the codes it says put paper clip in the 16pin plug on the ign and the chk.
and yes I got the codes.
to remove it says use the ign the chk and the cf? whats the cf?
any help would be greatly appreciated.
thanks
