Still looking at different ways to fabricate it to make it easier.
Hoping to be able to make the front outer and corner all from one folded plate but the folding is pretty complicated.

So i was in two minds today as to whether i could be arsed to do anything on the bumper build as it was so hot.
By about 3.00pm the sun had gone off of the front so i got stuck into the other side.

Once this one is finished I'm going to get the draughtsman at work to give a look over and throw some idea's on how to either simplify or tweak the design to make it easier to produce.
