just loaded up the disco with recovery gear wafffle boards, Hi lift jack ,tow straps, shovel,saw, axe, headge knife.cooker ,kettle ,frying pan,
"note to self," must buy some burgers.l
so nobody needs to bring any recovery gear.
NOT THAT YOU WILL NEED ANY.

PERHAPS A BIT OF "T" CUT.
SEE YOU ALL OVER THE WEEKEND.

well a great day was had, have got a few piccies and some video, plenty more to take tomorrow as thats a full day was great to meet some of the club members, more to meet tomorrow, will upload piccies in a bit after i have been through them

well as usual i arrived a few mins late. quick natter and introduction and of we went drove Eakring byways ,then onto pigfarm byway where Gavs clutch played him up , next onto deardale which is about a mile long ,where pictures and vids were taken. of all trucks crossing a couple of washouts with no problem. other lanes followed and then back to meet point for 6.15pm.

T,T.2 came down to see us tonight and along with gav and his mrs sorry forgot your name again:doh.
we went up to the camp site and welcomed 96 terrano
We then did a lane that went through a small village, gamekeeper came after us and advised we had gone of route:doh
Byway goes across a field he was ok about it and sent us down the private drive instead of making us go back the way we had come.
we then drove to southwell and cut across some lanes and passed a memorial to a lancaster bomber crew that crashed there.
then we had a look at the little people tree as its locally known.
25yrs ago someone painted doors and windows on the tree and local children started leaving notes to the little people,and decorating the tree with bits of ribbon and toys.
On to last 2 lanes in the dark last one only reopened a few months ago after restoration.
that was the end of the drive and we headed homewards.
Richards "TT2" set his satnav for home and said goodbye only trouble was it was taking him in wrong direction:doh.
anyway u turn later he was back on track .
we stopped for a couple of mins and said goodbye
Gav went same direction as Richard and I cut across for home .
just had a bag of chips from local chippie.
got a few pictures and a little video

2nd day was an excellent day aswell, the weather couldn't have been nicer, had to leave a little early as kids were getting tired and had to get them home and bathed etc ready for school, big thanks to Ian for leading us the past 2 days, looking forward to the next one, oh and my mrs complained of a wet foot after going through the last ford, had a look when we got home found another bloody rusty hole in the wheel arch :doh never mind just another place to stick some fiberglass :augie

Yeah I would like to say a MASSIVE thank you to Ian and his Mrs (and Ellie the dog) as they have been fantastic leaders for the last 2 days, very organized and assuming my clutch doesn't explode, more of the same please

The deep water was fun going through I will be making a photobucket account and uploading photos and videos. I got a lot:thumb2 looking forward to the next one and thankyou to all who came and organised a grate day:thumb2

well thats first time laned in dark and thru dust clouds from trucks in
front, car is even dirtier now!
