Door Mirror broken off

I have just emaield BAT a workshop download on how to fix a door mirror if it gets ripped of your truck or some dickhead kickes it off when parked on the street..

Ah, cool. One of my mirrors is a bit wobbly after clearly taking a knock at some point (before my ownership). Maybe that'll help me fix it.

I believe that mine had electric mirrors at some point as I have all of the electrics in the truck for it including switches but the mirrors look as if the whole mirror assembly has been replaced on both sides :S

I can see the thread of the bolts coming through from underneath, it looks as if they are slightly too long

ripped mine off with a tree, Put a bolt through it and it still works. Just no electric controls for it.

first job i fixed on my truck, , had to replace as the mirror had been broken and taped on:doh

Its easy when you know how. :naughty

Such a simple fix and only takes about 15 minutes and save you pounds, but some people dont think about fixing it, they just buy another one. :doh
