Does not make steering harder, where did you get that from? Rick

Lokka is the dogz dodas. Simply awesomeness. I ran mine with 35s had 2.4 diff ratios and manual hubs. Pissed off many a comp truck . New weak point becomes drive shaft.
Buy one quick before the pound drops any more.

I loved my Lokka, keen to get one in the Y60, just plenty else to spend on at the moment!

I wouldn't say it made it harder but I did find the Lokka increased the self centering effect of the steering a wee bit once the hubs were locked (even when in 2wd). Also it won't steer very well if you're booting it in 4wd as it'll lock and won't be able to ratchet.

Let off the gas though and she will ratchet in 4wd. I never had issues turning in 4wd with the Lokka.

Cheers bud, according to lokka site they can send me one for about £250, seems too good to be true!

Nice one, thats probably what I had in my head the centering, cheers Rob :thumb2

Also worth noting re diffs from the 2.4
The ratio change is almost exactly the same as going from 33s to 35s ie 1.06 %
4.3 to 4.6 something. That I think is a worthwhile swap, as the power drain is pretty dramatic if you get me.

Where you guys been buying your lokkas from then?, and if you don't mind me asking, how much for? After all we can't all be as lucky as Banshee and trip over them :lol

I'll be running 32s at the most so not sure if it is worth changing :nenau

Thanks for info bud :bow:thumb2

The import duty is disgusting!!!! Be prepared to slap another £70-£80 on top, they got Rick with it too I think, not sure if he ever paid it.

Steering can be a bit tough if you boot it in 4WD and try to steer hard on lock, the steering tries to fight you back to centre.

I hand on heart maintain that other than larger tyres, it's one of the best mods that I fitted to my truck and the difference they make off road is insane

Yes did in the end but got discount on the admin charges from courier company, they just rack it up for doing nothing, you have to make a stand and be hard, Rick

I refused to pay the duty put on mine. I argued duty on goods was one thing but not courier fees etc. Enpace remains.

I really cannot remember, think it was around 60 duty and more than 20 for the courier, all sorts of stupid invoice reasons I told them what to do, think they settled for around tenner all in, but have not kept the paperwork, Rick
