whilst laying underneath toby looking at his hidden bits, i notice the exhaust flexy joint is buggered.......i see a custom straight through exhaust coming on get the RAWR WOOSH!!!! sound from the engine............muhaha!

If the exhaust was one piece with that diameter it would eventually fracture.

Interesting to see Ryan's picture of the braided part over the convolutions, I wondered what was under there.

On our old Austin Ambassador, the flexi joint was a ball and socket joint, it tended to squeak alot, but it never leaked or failed.
