Still could be a bad bleed, pedal will return at a certain point. Or hose on slave could be shot with an internal area of fluid building when pressing pedal, like a channel in the wall of hose.
Get another person to press the pedal while you look under at the slave cylinder, it should move the arm around 20 to 25 mm if it does then your clutch has gone, if it does not then hydraulics, Rick

Alex, what's the process to bleed the clutch?
My bite point is terrible and I want to see if a bleed makes any difference
the end that goes through the bulk head and attaches to the clutch peddle is adjustable
