Easy to remove, especially if you're a bit flexible - two nuts on the engine side of the bulkhead (the same ones that hold the clutch master cylinder), inside the car, "R" clip on the clevis pin that the pedal pivots on, push the clevis pin out, this separates the pedal box from the master cylinder. then lift out the complete pedal box (when you come to reassemble it, have someone hold the pedal box in position while you refit the nuts under the bonnet). Seemples!!how hard is it to remove the whole pedal set up out . because it would be easier to look at and fix out ?. then I could see if and where these bushes are ?
where I have put the arrows is that where the spring sit as I don't have any bits that sticks out like on the right arrow. or are they plastic bushes that the spring sit in ?
how hard is it to remove the whole pedal set up out . because it would be easier to look at and fix out ?. then I could see if and where these bushes are and its bloody cold out and my fingers wont cramp up in the warm . too many years riding a motorbike with cheap gloves when I was younger and stupid
It's certainly something I wouldn't like to do unless I had to, I'd rather climb into the footwell on my back but I am 23 :lol
the way im looking at it is it would be easier to fix out and if I can't fix it out then I would never of fixed it while its in and if I can't sort it out I will have too take it out to replace
I would remove the lower dash panel and lay in there with a torch, you may find it's the bush and as stated already, very easy to fix in situ
I understand he stopped making them because it wasn't really worth his while (understandable, considering the price he was charging and the length of time it must have taken him per item - did get mine though, just haven't needed it yet!) )what he said :thumb2
What happened to that guy who was flogging them on saabbits.com?
