If it is the nylon bush on the clevis,that is worn.Its not a hard job to do.As stated slide your seat back remove the under dash trim.Pull the pin out Clevis pin will slide out.Another member found what could be used as a replacement part.From what i gather it needs to cut down to about 8mm.Apparently it will distort if cut with a hacksaw etc.But once on the Clevis pin it will be OK.Here is the link.

do you know what size inner diameter the tubing I need to order is ? I only say this because I need to be driving it everyday . so I don't want to start taking it apart till I got the stuff to repair it
