hi guys, my mate is considering getting a T2 or mav, he's got about £500 to spend, also has a sportrak if anyone interested, 'needs welding' or could be used as a off-road toy, he's not bothered about rot as long as it's not completely ruined as he can weld, not bothered abouy wheelbase or engine, ed td/tdi,

anybody knows, LET ME KNOW!!!:thumb2

Engine any good in the sportrak may be interested in that

it overheats a bit but that's water pump issues,hasn't overheated excessive tho, it's only running on 3 but that's spark plug, it's a 1.6 EFI

Mine will be coming up for sale in May but will want a bit more than 500 for it:thumb2

Yep that sounds just like mine overheating=headgasket running on 3=burnt out valve:doh
