For what it's worth the HKT catalogue I have shows:
TERRANO (Import)
N-VBY21,WBYD21 8/1986- (TD27 eng) 4 11 12 PN135
Q-WBYD21 11/1988-1995 (TD27T eng) 4 11 12 PN138
PR50 9/1995-1999 (TD27Eti eng) 4 11 12 CP03

The PN135 & PN138 look to be about 4mm or so different..... then of course there's the CP03 which is listed as the correct one. Just need to find the NGK equiv.

I think it just means electronic control...
Thinking about imports in general, the Mistral etc.. is without ECU. Although why that would/should impact on the physical nature of the glow plugs I have no clue!
