No I had to make up adaptors (baffles) out of MDF because I wanted to fit the speakers I had which were round but it'll make future speaker changes easy for me unless I go with the idea i've got of doing door pods:augie

Big tip, do it when warm Also use a nice wide bladed blunt chisel for example :thumbs

There are screws to the left & right of the door card & on the bottom, the inner door release has to be removed & 1 or 2 screws on the inner door handle & then slowly & carefully pull the bottom of the door card away from the door to release the trim clips. It's easier to remove & refit if the window is down on the front doors

I'll of forgotten I wanted to remove the card in six months when its warm again:doh
The ns needs to be removed so that the window mechanism can be looked at. Thought about some speakers at the same time.

Careful now sweety, the ns window dont go back up if i lower it lol and yes ive squirt wd and alsorts until it runs out the bottom of the door.

Alpine ida-x300 is the model, pick them up cheap enough off ebay.
There are newer models out there but this was cheap

Finally my door speakers are here, vibe 6x9s - forgot how big and heavy magnets are on these lol, had to heavily modify door for speakers to fit! dont think my window will be going down all the way now :lol

Got my fli trap into a customed box and put the previously inbuilt amp into its own case,

Only cheap and cheerful Jbl stuff but I've never heard a bad word against them tbh. The gt5 12's get rave reviews, I'm hoping this sounds ok as iv never used 8's before tbh.

Here's my stereo, it was fitted to the car before I bought. It says MP3 on it but not found any kind of Aux Input yet. Not sure how to remove it either. Wish they had fitted a connector lead so that the remote controls on the steering wheel still worked. Would love to replace it but there's other things to spend money on first. The display keeps scrolling through a load of like advertising features that it has when it's switched off, would love to stop it doing that because I find it annoying and distracting.

my old stereo said mp3 on it ...... it could play cd's that where burned in mp3 format ...... in wmp you have a option to record audio cd or data cd .....if you burn your albums using data cd format ( mp3 ) you will fit loads of music on hope that helps

To stop it scrolling go through the menu and turn demo "off" that should sort it. The MP3 is as mentioned above, allows more music to be burned onto cd. If it had extra outputs they'd either be AUX or USB.
