Just to let you all know another member has been diagnosed recently with bladder cancer (s3 PT2) if that means anything to you, but seems it is inoperable so chemo is the only option so he will not be on as much as usual, I am not sure he wants his name mentioned but I will keep in touch and let you all know how he gets on, Rick

Oh no that’s bad news indeed. Whoever you are are thoughts are with you and as with others the members on here will offer you support.

Yeh thats sad news, I'm at the docs next week, I'm hoping I'll have the courage to ask him to stick his finger up my arse

Best wishes by the way, I can't help but laughter does I think.
Good luck :thumb2

No idea who the member is of course, but best wishes for recovery!

Very best wishes to the fellow member, great support mechanism on here....be strong...:thumb2

Sad to hear whoever it is affecting.

As a Cancer survivor (Hodgkins Lyphoma Stage 2) I would be quite happy if the person affected wants to PM me in confidence about my Chemotherapy experience. As my Oncologist told me in 1990/91 when my cancer had returned the treatment is not very nice buy the cure is wonderful.

I had the fudge test last year and BPE was the diagnosis.
Very reluctantly I have to say putting aside that the Doctor is inserting his gloved finger into my rectum it is not an unpleasant sensation.
I am not saying I enjoyed it but it gave me a fleeting moment of what it might be like to be a gay bloke.lol

All the best to whomever it is and good for you for talking to Rick about it in the first place :thumb2

He has been online today so will be aware of this thread I leave the choice to his good self as too whether he wishes to be public or not, Rick
