Hello everyone,

at the moment I'm in the process of replacing the cabin heater radiator in my Terrano 2 slx TD27 MK1, but I need some help...

*For context*
It's my 2nd Terrano (same specs) although the previous one was pretty much falling apart from all the rust and silent blocs / suspension issues, and I was fortunate enough to get the deal of the century for an almost direct upgrade to my current one. But the previous owner made a heater delete (probably some issues with the radiator) and just closed the circuit with the hoses on the engine bay.

Recently I had a Colling issue where I was losing coolant on the daily, and finally found out (took a lot longer than what I would like to admit) that the leak came from one of the previous pipes used to close the circuit, for the cabin heater radiator. So to combine the useful with the pleasant, I'm gonna fix the heater issue as well.

From what I understand I need to take a part all of the dashboard to get to bottom of this, and i know its a bit of pain to do it.

So what I'm asking is, is there anyone here that might have some photos or some tips as to what major issues might come from this, just to try to make this project as quick and with few issues as possible.

*If by any change there's already a post related to this issue, please let me know, I couldn't find it!

Hi mate, all I can say is yes the whole dash has to be taken apart to change the heater, I cannot recall anyone doing this and taking pics of same, sorry mate, Rick
