thats a. New one off a accent, as the old steering wheel has gone mouldy and sticky, also the foam or whatever steering wheels are made of had started to break down and it twists around the metal core. :doh
 
That twisty bit is where the last owner was holding on so tight because of the speed I should think:augie

Maybe I should borrow your engine and strap it on the side of me trol, that'll save making a new bottom pulley :naughty

Left hand drive... that will be quite a mod. Good luck:thumbs

I think the reason steering wheels break down in cars mostly driven by women, is the fact that they use hand cream. Well more so than most men.

The residue is absorbed by the plastic of the wheel.

Anyone else concur?:nenau
