Can't afford to continue to insure my terrano so am buying another car, going to veiw a 1999 plate Hyundai atos 'stop laughing' :lol as its a bargain, nice looking cars too, will take my terrano off the road untill I can insure it.in a few years time

Its ATOZ and it stands for A to Z.
Cant mock Hyundai , love mine

Brian

Is it? Ok then, atoz:D, aye, I can't say anything bad about Hyundai, they don't normally brake. :D also, I much rather have a atoz that a chav-tastic saxo or Peugeot

Done some research on them and they have really good reviews, also costs and parts are cheap, eg tires are a size that I have loads of :D

You will find your insurance will be just as expensive as the terranos.

Hyundai do break, thy ain't a very good car maker. Even their very new models aren't up to European standards-they just look OK.

How much less can it possibly be ? You got a stonking deal already and I bet they'll charge you to cancel or change it too, so you'll probably loose any savings?
How much less is it then Ryan? Given you've got to spend more to save a few quid possibly :doh

I agree, AtoZ or not, I cant imagine the insurance will be any better, You may as well pay that good deal you got, and drive around in a flipping awesome truck, rather than a pappy little Hyundai piece of cheese.

Ewwww!

My insurance is the same cost as 3 tanks of fuel (if you buy it from the tax station - I make my own fuel :naughty ) or about 1000 miles of driving.

I suspect you want to change vehicle for reasons other than the cost of insurance.

I'm as confused as the rest of you!!!!!!

Doesn't that make his camper conversion thread a waste of time, effort and money?, money he could have put towards the insurance :doh

There seems no logic in this decision, it must be based on something else we are not aware of, known only to Ryan.:doh

Anyway, if he moth balls the Terrano, he can save £10 a year in his subs.:augie

So what is the main reason?

Fuel cost...
Pulling the birds.... :lol
My mate had a van with a mattress in the back, he's married now, so mattress had to go, replaced with a pram:eek::eek: hmmm...

£550 on insurance on the atoz:p and no, my terrano ain't a waste of time or money, I'm still keeping it and that's where my money will go, so when I can afford to insure it, ill sell the Hyundai for a profit and run the terrano for the rest of me life..

And I'll have more chance pulling the women with a terrano that a atoz

Your going to buy another car which is going to cost more than the difference in insurance :doh

Nope, the Hyundai is cheap, I've worked out the costs, I just can't afford the terrano insurance monthly

I might as well give you the full story

Ok

Basically I got the insurance dirt chea at 800 or whatever it was, dad and I had an agreement that he'd pay half of it if he could use the terrano if he needed to, aye, fair enough I thought, but.... He then thought he then thought sod it, its my sons vehicle, I'm not paying half, but I'm still going to use it:eek: so that's how it happened, so I'm not letting him use it:hmh basically he's been a awkward twit to say it kindly, soo....because of him dossing about, I need another car I can insure myself:mad: and the terrano is coming off the road.

I thought there was more to it, you can't pull the wool over the eyes of us more mature members...

What am I doing...
I am still 2500 miles away, on Holiday and I am still giving advice to Ryan...:doh:doh

Sunny now in Baku, seen a few Nissan Armadas out here, 4x4's that look bigger than the Patrol. Never heard of them before.
Sorry can't post pics..

I want one, however the fuel prices are 1/3 those of uk so I could afford to run one.:thumb2

Best regards,

Rustic
