Sockets and spanners should be all you need to remove the ARBs unless there's a bolt or nut seized :thumbs

Good upgrade, great to see another Trol getting the love it deserves.

Those long shocks work great off road, you will really feel that kit working for you. :thumb2

Same rims as the ones my Old Girl wears....

However, mine are 10J rather than 8. (May be advisable if you're gonna wear bigger boots?)

I've been looking around and all the charts say 10" is too wide for a 285?

8J should be perfect width for 285s. If you can, check the manufacturer's tyre specs to be sure but 10J is getting a bit wide for 285 (probably still in spec but will be near the limit) :nenau

Twas just a test...

Nothing to see here..

Move along, move along...

Ok guys, whats this thingy on the anti roll bar?

And yes, I know I have to get in there with some serious brushy brushy, and waxoyl SOOON!

Probably the disconnect, press a button in the cab and it allows the bar to move acting like it is disconnected :thumb2

:lol the button is extra :lol

Nissan probably fitted the mech to all models then charged 1500 squids for the button, stating arb detatch as an optionl extra

The trol lads will know better, barrbeast will def know :thumbs

Cheers for the vote of confidence T-Doug ;)

Switch should be to the left of the steering wheel just below the dials, next to the switch for changing the brightness of the speedo etc. Switch will say STABI or something similar.

The special link and actuator for disconnecting the ARB aren't cheap so no way Nissan would fit it and just make the switch extra :lol

Work well when they're fully functional but do stop working eventually. I had to take the grinder to it as the top nut was rusted on.

Cool, I'll have a crack it it later next week. Was worried that the line coming off it may be some sort of fluid or something.

Also my Stabiliser thingy works, and in that state! I think I'll leave it as is for now, till it breaks, then I'll whip it all off!
