Bosch pump problem

So the garage after having my truck for 4 weeks(Fobbing me off)Today they fitted my replacement pump.I purchased it from a member from here,and i believe him when he says the pump is good.

The garage are saying they cannot get any diesel through it,even after priming it.They did mention something about a bypass switch(and had i had any problems)Not had any problems in this area.
So is the pump controlled by the immobilizer.thus causing a problem,but bear in mind the truck was drove to the garage albeit in limp mode.
Your thoughts and suggestions please guys.

Also they are not prepared to but x amount of more time into this.

the im will shut pump down but so will the cut off valve.i changed my pump a while ago and flattened the battery trying to start t2,but being as you drove to place im should not be the fault.i had a semi flat battery as it was on its way out and jumping would not start so charged up battery over night and still would not start untill i sort of reset im by ignition off key out lock car unlock car key in and it started straight away.
on my pump change it took a while to blead it through by cracking injector pipes to get fuel through.my pump was a straight change.

Thanks for that Panelbeater.this was supposed a straight swap.For some reason,i have it my head that it may be some electrical issue.

Just be straight up with the guys at the garage and give them a bit of friendly advice and let them know you've been on the forum and we've advised that you crack the injectors whilst cracking it over was what I was going to suggest too :thumb2

Yeah Cheers Banshee.I thought these guy were the bees knees.I think with the battery getting a little flat whilst they had it may have reset something.

now i got my pump from on here and ok,your pump from here should be ok,i am not dissing anyone as i do knot know where it came from.but in it is the pre pump that sucks the fuel to the ip,then high pressure to injectors.
if the pre pump is not working you wont get fuel through ip.make sure the banjo on the inlet to ip is clear as well,easy to do,17mm socket on long bar gets to it ok but be aware the 2 copper washers under and on top.
the low pressure on my ip was shafted thats why i had to change ip.
