well there are problems running LPG, first the good bit, done a week and a half on it and topped up yesterday 32 Ltrs and cost £25 so well chuffed, remembered to reset the trip this time, down side this is what happens when a valve some place gets stuck, I noticed it popping on the over run and made a mental note to have a look see, but it beat me to it today, in the first instant I thought the gas tank had blown, second instant realised I was not getting hot, as engine had died was not sure, still coasting down hill, car behind me backed well off, switched it to petrol and turned the key as going round sharp bend and PS inop, she fired up and then I knew the exhaust had blown, seems to be an intermittent thing as went for my fish and chips this evening and no popping at all, trouble is there seems very little info available, maybe I have just not searched in the right place, it is a Landi LES 98 found some other models but still very little actual detail, Rick

i used to hit the switch on my zzr in gear and then flick it back over after a few seconds... nice flame out the rear but not quite as bad as that rick

jeez! that was a big pop

unfortunately i know nanty bout lpg so can't help in that aspect

I put a second micro switch on the throttle so there was no power to the LPG on the over run. Just as a fail safe really. Could be an easy fix.
What's your system design etc Rick ?

Have not checked it all out yet but if you put a kill switch on the pedal it will not idle, so how does the system know the difference between idle and over run? Rick

but I think my problem is a sticking valve some place as it only does it sometimes, I do have one item on the gas line to the intake that if I pull the plug the engine continues run, this cannot be right, but without info I do not know, Rick

Sounds complicated.

I can barely even set the clock, definately cant help on this one :lol

I have the upmost faith that you will sort it tho :thumb2

here are a series of pics that maybe can be identified as to there full function, as yet still not got any real info on this installation, this is the main control, the only item inside the car is a switch that changes it over to LPG with 4 small lights which indicate quantity of gas in tank
