As it says does anyone fancy a spring meet up? Been having an idle chat with elty reminiscing about old names from the forum and a meet up we once had at Frickley, doesn’t have to be that location but somewhere we can camp over night with a campfire :thumbs
I’ll be honest in saying a couple of things in that I’m happy to possibly come in the mav but I’d need to ride shot gun as that truck isn’t going off road which I’m sure you can understand. Also I don’t have a clue about locations or lanes so we would need a collective decision on that.

Cheers

I'm without truck at the moment, but am up for a bit of camping.

As if Banshee wouldn't be there in some sort of Nissan :naughty :naughty

Hopefully it will be one of my own :lol

Would be nice to have a proper club get together like in the old days.
As for location I would go for somewhere central in the country to make it fair game for everyone.
I'm sure I could find a few lanes wherever it is :thumb2

According to OS maps this is the exact centre of the UK.

I know of quite a few around the area:thumb2

If I'm honest it's always Peaks for me!!!!

Elty knows the lanes and sights around that way like the back of his hand.

:nenau :nenau :nenau

problem with the peaks is the national park snobbery with regards to campsites and prices.
You know me mate i can sort us out a decent route where ever we end up:thumb2:thumb2

For my two penerth, the laning is always good but the camp fire get together's are good also, so much so that I regard them as being necessary, Rick

Peaks seems to be a favourite of the anti's, lakes too, I'm always a bit nervous when I'm laning of bumping into a hostile Walker or horse rider, kind of spoils it for me!:(
