Another gearbox

Hi all looking for an auto box fom my 2001 Terrano just had one fitted but now slipping in D and won't pull away but will in 2 and then starts slipping in that too

I would taking it back to the garage.i know it was a secondhand box but got to have some sort of warranty on the fitting:nenau

What about going back to the box supplier? but to be honest a second hand auto box is always going to be risky, and from my limited dealings with T2/Mistral Autos they are not the best box in the world, Rick

I took a chance and got a second hand box off the forum from a truck being broken no could know, it's been fine for three weeks, just the way it goes

I would still be going back to the seller of the box if it was sold as good then the seller should take it back in that time especialy as you had it fitted by a profesional.Problem is to many people breaking cars these days and dont know what they are selling and at same time undercutting people that do.
