It's a mates Ford Maverick/Nissan Terrano, he did a front disc/calliper overhaul when we came to bleed the brakes all was well until I started the engine????

Engine off brakes are solid as you would expect normally, engine running and the pedal slowly desends to the floor once the pedal is depressed.

There are NO fluid leaks and no up or down movement in the reservoir, wtf is happening?

Possibly master cylinder filling servo with fluid as some times when bleeding the pedal goes further than its been for a long time and disturb a seal. I've seen this quiet a few times as break pedal very rearly ever goes to floor untill breaks get bled for many reasons
