i have just come back from the solicitors , we discussed all aspects of my problem , and whilst he still offered to help me with the form , i have decided not to pursue this any further , .
my reasons for this are quite simple .
this person has allready threatened a member of this club with physical violence , and lets not forget , he knows where i live , and is only around 12 miles from me .
if this decision means i lose your very generous offer of help with the collection , then so be it , but my safety and that of my family comes first .
if this decision also means i lose your friendship , then as much as that will be devastating , then the reasons above apply .
i have learnt a very expensive mistake , and i will learn from it hopefully, so can i request that due to the nature of the person we are dealing with here , and the possible repercussions on the club , that this is ignored, and no further action is taken.
kind regards and many sincere thanks .
