Strata florida area saturday and Nant-y-moch on the sunday so there's plenty of time for people to travel back sunday if needed.

You will need enough foot and drink for both days as we will only pass the odd shop.

Tow rope is not needed.

Will post times after I come back from holiday on the 5th of june.

I'm hopefully a "Yes" but will need to check... there's an agri show on the Saturday that we had talked about taking the sheep to but it's not decided yet (since I'm the muscle in the family I would have to be present! :lol)

Since my Grandad has just been told he is totally dependent on his pacemaker ie. his heart isn't working at all eek it probably isn't a bad idea to miss one of the shows out...

Details for meeting points so people can arrange somewhere to stay:

Saturday (Strata Florida day), Start point at 9.30am (leaving at 10am)

Sunday will be a shorter day, Mainly about views and some nice long lanes. If weather is good maybe a small bbq?

I will be staying at my home, So it will be up to the persons comming to arrange their own stay. I can recommend the woodlands caravan/tent park in devils bridge. Close enough for both meeting points and finishing locations.

Theres a nice B&B across the road from me I can recommend also. If someone prefers that.

that's ok though as im going to try and make a weeks break of it and do some mountains while im there. been too long since ive done tryfan and the glyders

Sounds good, I will not know until nearer the time if I can make it or not, heard so much about Strata but want to see it for myself and cos of the distance will have to come in a road going motor LWB, so not the best and no winch!!!!! the ultimate get out, but I will bring my driving skills, Rick

Got a horrible feeling I'm going to embarrass myself in my standard (apart from the ATs) Troll as experience isn't huge - just the back roads when they've been closed due to snow and traveling between drives when I've been shooting... guess I gotta learn sometime!
