6 CD Player Jumping - X Trail 2006

Does anybody know how you overcome this issue.

Have googled this issue and appears to be common with no Fix?

People selling New One's on ebay - but how can you check / verify they won't have same issue.

Nissan declared this not covered on warranty

Plz Help either way

I've not heard of this before but that's not to say it isn't a common problem. My T2 does it occasionally when I use home made CD's but works fine on prerecorded discs.
